Course Objectives | The aim of this course, is to make a research on Anatolian housing culture which has a strong background from the past to the present, to analyze the interiors of traditional houses, to study the main elements of spaces, to understand the regional differences and thus to develop the knowledge accumulation, skills of academic research and enlarge the vision of students. |

Course Description | In this course, the students are going to read the related sources for researching Anatolian housing culture, to apply the comparative morphological analysis method for analyzing the interiors of traditional houses, to classify the main elements which form spaces and to discuss the reasons behind the regional differences. Within this scope, they are going to make field works and documentation, and present the results of their study. |
